Because the cruise is close upon me, I will be doing some crash dieting, not proscuito and cheese sandwiches. P you gotta lose at least 5 more pounds so you can gain it all back on the cruise!!

Tribal Tonics

Today I went to Bread and Circus (Whole Foods) because I wanted to pay lots of extra money for my food. While I was there I bought a Tribal Tonic Goddess tea. I suggest everyone run out and buy this despite it's nasty taste. It contains Black Cohosh root which according to the label promotes female hormone balance. Ya OK
